It came off as comical and scripted, but you could tell he was as serious as a heart attack. Buster Poindexter was looking shocked, nervous, and confused. Honestly, I would have expected that at that point in time Little Richard would have already had a collection of Grammy Awards.

When they sang this medley...and the bouncing around and feet work....lest u didn't recognize what they were doing....they were paying homage to Louis Prima...some of those songs like Oh Marie and Pennies from Heaven were Prima's...
